Rubino OB/GYN, an Axia Women’s Health care center, is seeking a full-time BC/BE OB/GYN Associate Physician to join their 11-provider team. This is an outstanding opportunity to commence straightaway with an established patient following in a collaborative team environment.

• 6 Practice Locations:
  Hoboken, Clark, West Orange, Summit, Florham Park, and Warren, New Jersey.
• 11 Providers - 10 Physicians, 1 NP

  • AI Scribe "SUNOH" - AI generates physician notes, reducing physician burnout potential

• Regional Perinatal Center - Level III NICU
• 24/7 Anesthesia service
• 24/7 MFM service

Option to also perform major gynecological surgeries at Overlook Medical Center (Atlantic Health).

• 3D Mammography
• 3D/4D Gyn Ultrasound Accredited by the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (A.I.U.M.).
• Urogynecologist on staff
• In-Office procedures include ablations, LEEPs, Novasure, hysteroscopies.

Pay or shift range: $250,000 to $315,000 USD annual salary.

The posted salary range is a good‑faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role. However, final offers may fall outside this range based on experience, skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons. This range is for full‑time employment and does not include bonuses/incentive compensation or benefits.
