• Design innovative infrastructure, roadway, highway, and transit projects.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers while managing timelines, deliverables, and quality.
• Provide full‑service engineering design for DOT, DDC, and DEP projects.
• Solve complex technical challenges in transportation, roadway, stormwater, and civil systems.
• Develop engineering studies, reports, technical specifications, and detailed construction cost estimates.
• Help shape transformative projects at conceptual, permitting, and final design stages.

• 6+ years of experience as a Civil Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Civil 3D and Bentley Micro Station/Open Roads.
• Hands‑on experience in rail/transit design.
• Ability to manage projects and oversee junior staff.
• Deep understanding of DOT, DDC, and DEP requirements.

• PE license preferred or actively pursuing PE within six months.
• Experience in land development, grading, drainage, site planning, highways, and bridges.
• Strong project management capabilities.

• Hybrid schedule — 2 days a week in the office.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
