What You’ll DoJoin a high‑growth team where your impact will be felt immediately. You will:
- Design innovative infrastructure, roadway, highway, and transit projects.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers while managing timelines, deliverables, and quality.
- Provide full‑service engineering design for DOT, DDC, and DEP projects.
- Solve complex technical challenges in transportation, roadway, stormwater, and civil systems.
- Develop engineering studies, reports, technical specifications, and detailed construction cost estimates.
- Help shape transformative projects at conceptual, permitting, and final design stages.
- 6+ years of experience as a Civil Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Civil 3D and Bentley Micro Station/Open Roads.
- Hands‑on experience in rail/transit design.
- Ability to manage projects and oversee junior staff.
- Deep understanding of DOT, DDC, and DEP requirements.
- PE license preferred or actively pursuing PE within six months.
- Experience in land development, grading, drainage, site planning, highways, and bridges.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Hybrid schedule — 2 days a week in the office.
- Work on exciting projects not only in New York, but also Chicago and Indianapolis.

Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
