Overview

FY26 Seasonal Tax-FSO- GCR Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory-Real Estate
- Manager s role involves tax guidance and consulting related to tax accounting and planning, including internal restructurings, acquisitions and dispositions, carve-out financial statements, GAAP conversions, share-based compensation, financial statement restatements and balance sheet remediation of tax accounts.

Location:

Responsibilities
  • Provide clients with tax guidance and consulting related to tax accounting and planning (internal restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions, carve-out financial statements, GAAP conversions from US GAAP to IFRS or IFRS to US GAAP, share-based compensation, financial statement restatements and balance sheet remediation of tax accounts).
  • Assist companies with all aspects of the preparation of the tax provision.
  • Review the tax provision process to improve efficiency and accuracy and enhance the control environment; assess tax risk and control environments inclusive of and beyond Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, supported by significant tax or legal experience; MST, MAcc, or JD/LLM preferred.
  • Valid US CPA license or active state bar membership.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in professional services, tax organization, law firm, or IRS.
  • Broad understanding and experience with federal income taxation.
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
Preferred/Additional
  • Strong ASC 740, Real Estate, and/or IAS 12 experience; experience in corporate tax planning and compliance; relevant tax experience in business or industry with broad exposure to federal income taxation.

  • The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $90/hr to $120/hr salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
