Join Us

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full-Time Evening IOP SUD Track Therapist to join our dedicated team. If you thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment and are eager to help individuals on their recovery journey, wed love to hear from you! This position is ideal for a therapist who is enthusiastic about working with individuals in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and has a strong background in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment.

Requirements
  • Must have at least an LCADC (Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor)
  • Required:

    LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC in addition to an LCADC
  • Experience working with individuals in substance use disorder treatment
  • Strong communication and clinical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
  • Provide group and individual therapy to clients enrolled in the evening Intensive Outpatient Program
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
  • Support clients in their recovery journey using evidence-based practices
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and supervision
Schedule

Monday, Thursday 1pm - 9pm - Friday 7am-3pm
