Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Hoboken, New Jersey

Pay Range: $40 to $70/p/h w-2
Duration: 6 month contract

• Lead and manage HR projects to ensure timely and effective delivery aligned with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR operations and improve processes.
• Support change management initiatives and facilitate communication across departments.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Provide administrative support and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

• Proven experience in HR project management or operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR systems and tools.
