Our Contract Solutions team works with high‑profile, national, and multinational clients to improve the performance of enterprise contracting operations and add value to the overall organization.

Responsibilities
  • Support delivery of project‑based engagements involving contract review, abstraction, analysis, and remediation services.
  • Create executive summaries of executed contracts to enable client business teams to understand risk and compliance.
  • Review, redline, and negotiate a broad range of contract types, including procurement, sale of services, technology, data, and products.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to mitigate risks in negotiated contracts and ensure commercial objectives are met.
  • Work within client‑specific processes and negotiation strategies.
  • Communicate independently with client legal and business stakeholders to build and strengthen relationships.
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with the agreed project scope, client satisfaction, and SLAs while identifying client needs.
  • Participate in regular communication forums involving internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement and facilitate the use of Contract Management technologies and AI solutions to meet client needs.
  • Innovate and improve current processes and techniques related to workflow, time, and knowledge management.
  • Facilitate reporting via daily, weekly, and monthly metrics packs to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in a large multinational corporation, law firm, or management consulting firm.
  • Deep contracting subject‑matter expertise with strong issue‑spotting ability.
  • Contract negotiation experience across volumes and both buy and sell sides.
  • Experience leading work streams in large data‑driven engagements.
  • Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills at all levels, including presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with contracting/CLM technology and an interest in AI applications.
  • Highly responsive to internal and external client needs.
  • Strong relationship‑building and people‑leadership skills; team player with conflict‑management ability.
  • High energy, self‑starter, analytical, quick learner, organized, flexible, and results‑driven.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and project‑management skills are desirable.
Ideal Candidates
  • JD or master’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Analytics, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Membership in good standing with a State Bar or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CIPP/E, CIPPM, CISA, CISSP, CISM, LPIP, PMP).
  • Experience working with legal‑adjacent functions (e.g., procurement, supply chain, commercial) and understanding of non‑legal business objectives.
