Senior Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Analyst in Hoboken, NJ.

We are looking for a skilled analyst to join our team on a short-term contract. In this role, you will help shape critical insights and reporting that drive strategic decisions across the business. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love turning complex data into actionable intelligence, this is your chance to make a difference.

• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards
• Develop SQL-based data layers and validate large datasets
• Support reporting for lead flow, account-based marketing, and corporate markets
• Assist with data migration and integration across Snowflake and Big Query

• 5 years in data analysis or modeling
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Power BI
• Familiarity with Big Query and Snowflake
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
