Experience Required

• Architecting end to end Pega based IT Solution

• Designing the Foundation layer (Enterprise class structure)

• Knowledge of Pega 7/6

• Insurance knowledge is preferable

• Should be Pega certified (preferably LSA)

Qualifications

• Should be able to create the architecture for complex Pega based IT Solution and obtain buy-in from customer organization on that

• Provide guidance to the team on overall technology solution

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting & Client negotiation skills.
