• The attorney will manage multiple cases, handle regulatory and compliance matters, and act as the primary contact for litigation and client counseling.
• Manage and litigate cases related to managed care and health care issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering legal advice and coordinating case-related activities.
• Oversee regulatory and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct detailed legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration proceedings, and settlement negotiations.
• Provide significant case management and client counseling, coordinating with associates and staff.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and changes in managed care and health care regulations.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; active membership in good standing of the New Jersey State Bar.
• 2-3 years of experience in complex matters and employment litigation/arbitration with a focus on managed care or health care; 3-5 years in firm type (Litigation or Healthcare) experience preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials with strong writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple cases and manage regulatory or compliance matters; strong client counseling and case management skills.
• Experience in health care or managed care is required.
