Position: Supply Planning Specialist – Ecommerce Hoboken, New Jersey

Background & Purpose of the Job

This role plans and oversees the execution of repacking activities for the ecommerce portfolio within Beauty and Wellbeing and Foods, with the goal of achieving customer service excellence while meeting inventory and waste targets. This includes leading a cross‑functional team to launch new ecommerce packs, supply planning to signal dependent demand for staple packs, coordinating orders with Customer Service team members, as well as monitoring the movement of stock to the network.

The position is the focal point for ecommerce planning execution with many cross‑functional counterparts. This is a key role to support ecommerce growth within the Supply Chain Organization.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do
  • Execute repacking operations for all eCommerce ready Special Packs including: supply planning, production monitoring, customer service tracking/communication, inventory management, and new project timeline management to minimize waste and slow‑moving goods, all while keeping customer service a key focus.

  • Serve as the primary liaison across Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Customer Service, DRP, WIP Planning, and Third‑Party Manufacturing (3PM) Operations to ensure seamless cross‑functional alignment.

  • Sit as a key member of the working project team developing new ecommerce projects.

  • Conduct focused improvement activities and after‑action reviews as needed to improve performance against key KPIs and issue avoidance for future projects.

  • Key in cost control through forecast error minimization, project coordination, and inventory planning.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations / Supply Chain or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning or other supply chain experience.

  • Strong relationship management and team leadership both internally and externally.

  • Holding people accountable, developing self and others, breakthrough thinking, optimizing integrated performance, strategic vision and influencing.

  • Demonstrated strong stakeholder management skills in previous role(s).

  • Proficiency using MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI. Kinaxis and SAP System knowledge is preferred.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $69,360 to $104,040. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus

This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI)

This position is LTI eligible.
