At SKIM, we don’t just follow trends - we help shape them. We’re looking for a Commercial Director to take our U.S. Revenue Management business to the next level. This is a senior leadership role, one of the most influential positions within our RM team and responsible for growing our presence, elevating our expertise, and leading a team known for being among the best in the business.

For over 45 years, we’ve been trusted partners to the world’s largest CPG, technology, and healthcare companies. We specialize in understanding decision-making in innovation, brand communications, and pricing & revenue management. Our approach combines methodological rigor, marketing expertise, and deep client understanding to build lasting strategic partnerships. With 11 offices across the US, Europe, Asia, and South America, we collaborate closely with clients to navigate the right strategies.

Ranked #3 in GRIT’s most innovative research agencies, we continuously enhance our solutions. Above all, we foster a culture where smart, genuine people support each other, pursue their dreams, and thrive together.

This role sits at the intersection of research expertise, commercial strategy, and pricing/RM knowledge. You’ll connect complex client challenges to SKIM’s solutions, strengthen long‑term partnerships, and ensure our work consistently delivers strategic, actionable business outcomes. You are someone who is naturally action‑oriented, brings positive energy, and gets excited about building relationships and helping others grow. You enjoy both designing commercial strategy and rolling up your sleeves with the team to deliver it.
