As our Commercial Director for Revenue Management (RM), you will be a senior commercial leader responsible for growing our RM footprint across the U.S., shaping our go‑to‑market strategy, and elevating the commercial strength of the team. You will help guide one of SKIM’s highest-impact capabilities, and work alongside a team of RM specialists who are recognized for setting the standard in the industry.
This role sits at the intersection of research expertise, commercial strategy, and pricing/RM knowledge. You’ll connect complex client challenges to SKIM’s solutions, strengthen long‑term partnerships, and ensure our work consistently delivers strategic, actionable business outcomes. You are someone who is naturally action‑oriented, brings positive energy, and gets excited about building relationships and helping others grow. - Own commercial targets and drive sustainable growth for the RM business.
- Develop and execute the U.S. go‑to‑market strategy for Revenue Management.
- Lead pipeline development, forecasting, and commercial discipline.
- As a senior advisor to clients, helping them navigate pricing, portfolio, and revenue growth decisions.
- Identify and unlock new opportunities across priority accounts and new verticals.
- Represent SKIM at industry events, conferences, and client forums.
- Drive thought leadership through POVs, webinars, and strategic content.
- Translate RM trends and market shifts into solution development opportunities.
- Strengthen SKIM’s positioning as a leader in revenue and growth management.
- Guide teams on proposals, client conversations, and strategic delivery.
- Build commercial capabilities across the broader team (consultative selling, storytelling, pricing conversations).
- Mentor staff across levels to strengthen SKIM’s next generation of RM experts.
- 8+ years of quantitative research/insights experience, ideally agency‑side.
- Proven commercial acumen and enthusiasm for growing client relationships.
- Solid foundation in pricing and RM methodologies (e.g., conjoint/choice modeling, elasticity modeling, secondary data analytics).
- A proactive, positive, action‑oriented approach – you enjoy stepping in, leading from the front, and building momentum with the team.
- Authorization to work in the United States (resident, citizen, valid visa, or other).
- You live within commuting distance of Hoboken, NJ, with 40% expected in‑office work.
- Annual base salary range: $140,000‑$180,000 (USD). Where someone lands within the range depends on several job‑related factors, including experience and maturity in the role, skills and responsibilities, internal equity, and the cost of labor in the hiring location.
