The Sales Leadership team is seeking an experienced Team Lead to own account strategy, execution, and revenue growth for a key advertiser. The lead will manage and develop a small, high‑performing team of salespeople, account managers, and campaign managers, while engaging deeply with client businesses, Walmart’s ecosystem, and internal teams. They will deliver insights, trends, and strategic marketing plans to CMO and executive audiences, and drive business growth through a solution‑oriented, consultative sales approach.

• Build, inspire, train, and manage a talented, motivated, highly consultative sales and services team.
• Understand clients' businesses and develop appropriate solutions.
• Deliver the highest level of customer service and present Walmart Connect’s solutions professionally.
• Serve as an industry leader in NYC, Chicago, and/or San Francisco.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to grow revenue with new and existing customers and address potential issues.
• Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development.
• Consult with Product Marketing to shape product development for client needs in the region.
• Evangelize Walmart Connect with agencies, clients, and at targeted events, conferences, and media opportunities.
• Forecast and allocate resources to drive profitable business results.

• Hands‑on experience building and managing high‑performing teams.
• Experience driving revenue growth with emerging opportunities and established partnerships.
• Strong understanding of advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends.
• Skilled storyteller with experience communicating marketing benefits to brands.
