Sanitation Supervisor – 2nd Shift

• Proven leadership in training and supervising staff, with a focus on eliminating food safety risks and maximizing operational excellence.
• Expertise in verifying sanitation effectiveness and suggesting optimized, cost-effective cleaning solutions.
• Ability to update and maintain sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOP) and ensure compliance with sanitation schedules.
• Experience in conducting and implementing corrective actions for sanitation violations.
• Proficiency in managing sanitation supply inventory and pest control records.
• Capability to conduct equipment inspections and perform ATP, Aller Snap, and Gluten Tox Pro tests.
• Familiarity with BRC or other GFSI schemes and preparation for BRCSG audits.
• Strong communication skills for inter-departmental schedule and expectation alignments.
• Experience with safety, sanitation, and GMP compliance inspections.
• Ability to supervise the second shift crew and manage facility closure procedures.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required; a focus on workplace safety and LOTO procedures.
• Educational background in Food Science, Business, or Chemistry with 2-5 years of related experience preferred.
