Digital Campaign Manager

You’ll be the driving force behind high-performing digital campaigns from planning and setup to optimization and reporting.

In this role, you will:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across managed service and self-service platforms
• Build media plans and develop strategies that balance brand awareness and conversion goals
• Define campaign metrics, analyze performance, and deliver actionable insights
• Manage daily campaign pacing, performance, and troubleshooting to ensure flawless execution
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver exceptional client service and campaign results
• Oversee creative delivery, trafficking, QA, and campaign documentation
• Partner with analytics teams to generate reports, insights, and optimization recommendations
• Present campaign results, learnings, and opportunities for growth to internal teams and clients

• 3+ years of experience in digital campaign management, bid management, or media operations
• Deep understanding of campaign trafficking, optimization, and performance measurement
• Hands‑on experience with ad tech platforms and bid management tools
• Strong project management and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Slack, email, project management platforms)
• A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
