Site Marketing Manager (Remote)
Compensation Range: $65 - $73 per hour

Join a premier marketing organization dedicated to transforming shoppers into loyal members. As part of the Lifecycle Marketing Team, you will focus on the pivotal stages of the member journey — moving users from trial to active utilization and long-term retention.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, this contract role is centered on the successful rollout of new member benefits and exclusive events. We are looking for a data‑centric, innovative marketer with extensive CRM expertise who can balance high‑level strategic planning with meticulous daily execution.
Responsibilities- Launch Strategy & Execution:
Spearhead marketing plans for new benefit rollouts, member‑only activations, and product upgrades. Utilize advanced planning tools to manage timelines and align cross‑functional stakeholders. - Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Partner with the Benefits & Events lead and enterprise‑wide teams to define channel strategies and maximize the visibility of member initiatives. - Data‑Driven Optimization:
Work alongside Analytics to evaluate campaign performance. Use dashboards and predictive modeling to extract insights, forecast trends, and refine future launch strategies. - Creative Excellence:
Author high‑impact creative briefs that inspire internal partners to produce premium assets for email, push, in‑app, and on‑site placements. - Campaign Management:
Maintain the master marketing calendar for benefits and events. Conduct post‑launch recaps to iterate on messaging, creative assets, and audience segmentation. - Lifecycle Automation:
Identify and implement triggered CRM opportunities. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to build automated, personalized programs using AI and predictive targeting.
- 5+ years in performance marketing, specifically within CRM, loyalty, or subscription‑based environments.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing owned channels, including email, push notifications, in‑app messaging, and site marketing.
- Highly analytical with the ability to leverage AI‑enhanced tools to accelerate workflows and sharpen decision‑making.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to present clear strategies to both peers and senior leadership.
- A customer‑obsessed mindset, a collaborative spirit, and the agility to thrive in a fast‑paced, "start‑up style" environment within a large enterprise.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
