About the role:
The Marketing Manager, Latin America & Travel Retail Americas, will be responsible for defining and supporting Marketing strategies across Latin America domestic markets (LATAM) and Travel Retail Americas (TR) for both Parfums de Marly and Initio Parfums Privés. This role will work closely with external distributors, internal Sales and Marketing teams, and global stakeholders to ensure best-in-class brand execution, strong launch performance, and alignment with brand strategy, while adapting to market realities.
The position reports to the Vice President of Marketing, Americas, and plays a key role in accelerating brand desirability and performance across fast-paced and strategic markets.
Distributor Management
- Act as a bridge between global strategy and local execution.
- Serve as the main Marketing point of contact and partner for LATAM and TR distributors.
- Provide clear Marketing guidelines, direction, and ongoing support to LATAM and TR distributors.
- Facilitate collaboration between distributors and US-based brand teams (Brand Marketing, Merchandising & Retail Design, Graphic Design).
- Participate in new market onboarding process, including regulatory considerations, product registration and pricing adjustments.
- Lead key regional seminars, trainings and brand moments.
- Define annual calendars and plans for LATAM and TR Americas in alignment with global brand strategy.
- Adapt global campaigns and initiatives to local market needs while preserving brand equity and consistency.
- Coordinate launch readiness across markets and oversee 360° execution of the campaigns in collaboration with local teams across all touchpoints.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends in LATAM and TR, translating insights into recommendations.
- Manage and track Marketing budgets across LATAM and TR Americas.
- Monitor market & distributor performance to ensure Marketing investments (A&P) are effectively deployed.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources with a strong focus on ROI.
- Analyze post-launch and campaign performance, sharing insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Director based in Miami and the TR Sales team based in NYC.
- Collaborate effectively with internal Marketing, Digital, Finance, Regulatory, Supply & Demand teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and communication across regions.
- Share results, learnings and best practices across markets and teams.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Marketing or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in Marketing within luxury, beauty, fragrance, or fashion is preferred.
- Strong experience working with distributors and multi-market regional structures.
- Proven ability to manage launches and 360° Marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Spanish required.
- Prior exposure to Travel Retail is a strong plus.
- Strategic mindset paired with strong executional rigor.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
