The RN will assess, implement and evaluate patient care, and delegate responsibilities to team members while coordinating services to maximize patient independence for safe return home.
Requirements include NJ RN license, BLS and ACLS, with BSN preferred; at least 2 years of Med/Surg/Telemetry experience is expected.
