Duties:
Understand business, stakeholder, and technical requirements and assist in analyzing existing solutions to address business needs. Prepare and maintain a requirements traceability matrix, contribute to the creation of user stories by breaking down new requirements into actionable tasks, and build relationships with key stakeholders to support the implementation of business solutions. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, full-stack software solutions by creating minimalistic code for applications that meet business requirements.

Assist in coming up with design and architecture of new modules and software. Ensure non-functional requirements eg. High scalability, low latency and high availability are met. Contribute to microservice architectures using proven design patterns, develop and manage RESTful APIs with tools like Postman, and assist in selecting appropriate languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript). Use and suggest appropriate tools to increase the quality and reliability of software.

Build automation scripts for CI/CD and testing, implement telemetry features, and ensure security policies are properly applied during development. To ensure quality, map customer requirements to test objectives, create and execute test cases to detect defects, and perform various types of testing. Track and analyze defects, carry out regression testing, and analyze past issues to prevent recurrence. Take responsibility for the ongoing health of applications by troubleshooting performance bottlenecks, conducting complex maintenance and re‑engineering, and monitoring application performance through logs and metrics.

Evaluate change requests for feasibility, ensure project adherence to approved timelines, and model compliance with company policies, including promoting an Open Door Policy.

Minimum education and experience required:

Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area; OR Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years of experience in software engineering or related area.

Skills Required:

• Experience with programming languages including Java, C#, and python.

• Experience with exception and error handling.

• Experience with version control system Git.

• Experience developing REST API endpoints.

• Experience working on API management tool Postman for development and testing.

• Experience designing Microservice architecture.

• Experience using design patterns and algorithms while programming.

• Experience with testing frameworks.

• Experience using JavaScript.

• Experience with front-end frameworks including Angular

JS.

• Experience with security fundamentals to develop secure software.

• Experience with relational database modeling and design.

• Experience writing queries with multiple joins.

• Experience optimizing relational databases using indexing.

• Experience working with No

SQL database Mongo

DB.

• Experience writing database programming objects including stored procedures, triggers and functions.

• Experience with project build tools including Gradle and maven.

• Experience working with Springboot framework.

• Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Salary Range:

$131,997/year to $216,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
