Do you have a passion for ENTERTAINMENT and FITNESS? If so, we wanna meet you. Whether your specialty is dance, yoga, pole, sports-based workouts, aerial or juggling with fire, we want to explore collaborating with you and having you on our awesome Instructor Team!

Responsibilities:

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications
• Understand and follow all policies, procedures and standards
• Demonstrate knowledge of Crunch brand, our 7 Core Values and personify our No Judgments philosophy
• Facilitate relevant member requests or forward to relevant supervisor(s)
• Stay connected on class schedules and evolving skills and fitness goals with key Group Fitness Managers

Special

Skills:

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
• Powerful customer service skills
• Awesome verbal communication (BONUS: theatrical or on-camera performance experience)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience or equivalent teaching/performance experience in area of expertise
• CPR is required
• Relevant fitness or education certification. AFAA and/or ACE Certification strongly recommended

Compensation: $55-$100 per class based on experience, education, and the number of formats and classes taught weekly.
