Location - Hoddesdon.

-Office based. Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30

Are you highly organised, great with numbers, and confident working with complex contracts? A leading pharmaceutical services company is looking for a Senior Sales Order Processor to join their team.

• Managing sales orders from setup through to project completion
• Translating contracts into the ERP system, including invoicing and revenue milestones
• Triggering invoice and revenue requests in line with timelines and contract terms
• Supporting Finance with monthly revenue and budgeting accuracy
• Reviewing contracts for completeness and compliance
• Providing project reporting and analysis to Project Managers
• Maintaining complex tracking spreadsheets for multi‑site or long‑term projects
• Raising internal purchase order requests
• Helping to improve processes as the business continues to grow
