The service is highly valued with established links to schools / settings and works in close partnership with other services. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, positive and committed Business Support Officer (Scale
5) to join our Operational Support Team.

The post holder will:

  • Be warm and able to build excellent relationships.
  • Have excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Have good organisational skills and high attention to detail, with the ability to set and work to deadlines and to prioritise workloads.
  • Be adaptable and able to work well under pressure using their own initiative.
  • Actively support the service in setting up and maintaining office processes and procedures and managing conflicting deadlines.
  • Have excellent information technology skills. Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, is essential. Emerging skills in using AI are desirable.
  • Have experience analysing and reporting data.
