Salary: £33,135 - £41,700 per annum plus market supplement of £5,000 per annum

Holiday: 42 days plus bank holidays

Location: Ware & Broxbourne Campus, Monday to Friday

We are looking for an inspirational English Lecturer with excellent organisational and programme management skills.

• Deliver engaging, high‑quality English lessons
• Support and motivate students to achieve their best
• Lead on course planning, coordination, assessment, and evaluation
• Work collaboratively with academic teams to ensure courses run smoothly and effectively

• An Initial Teacher Training qualification (PTTLS/DTLLS) or the willingness to work towards one
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade B or above
• Experience teaching GCSE English Language, ideally within FE or HE
• The ability to inspire, engage and support young people
