Job – English Lecturer
Salary – £33,135 – £41,700 per annum plus market supplement of £5,000 per annum
Holiday – 42 days plus bank holidays.
Location – Ware & Broxbourne Campus – Monday to Friday.
Closing Date – 12th January @ Midday

We are looking for an inspirational English Lecturer with excellent organisational and programme management skills. In this role you will:

• Deliver engaging, high‑quality English lessons.
• Support and motivate students to achieve their best.
• Lead on course planning, coordination, assessment and evaluation.
• Work collaboratively with academic teams to ensure courses run smoothly and effectively.

• An Initial Teacher Training qualification (PTTLS/DTLLS) or willingness to work towards one.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade B or above.
• Experience teaching GCSE English Language – ideally within FE or HE.
• The ability to inspire, engage and support young people.
• A real passion for creating positive learning experiences.
