About the Services
HCC Services for Young People is the primary provider of youth work, careers education information advice guidance, work related learning, work experience and the review and maintenance of education health and care plans for young people post-16 / post school. Our vision for young people is clear. We want young people to succeed, and by working for us you’ll be key to enable this to happen.

This includes supporting those challenged in education, their community or home life, to ensure a successful transition to adulthood. The young people are typically 11-17 and up to 25 for Care Leavers and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
