Full‑time £35,000–£43,800 per annum (pro‑rata for part‑time). Part‑time £17,500–£21,900 per annum.

Job – Lecturer – Childcare, Health and Social Care (part time)

Closing Date – 17th August @ Midday

We are looking for an inspirational lecturer with excellent organisational and programme management skills.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver engaging, high‑quality lessons.
• Support and motivate students to achieve their best.
• Lead on course planning, coordination, assessment, and evaluation.
• Work collaboratively with academic teams to ensure courses run smoothly and effectively.
• Be passionate about teaching and eager to contribute to the success of students and educational programmes.

You will bring:

• An Initial Teacher Training qualification (PTTLS/DTLLS) or willingness to work towards one.
• Demonstrable experience within a Childcare / Health and Social Care setting or teaching experience in an FE/HE environment.
• GCSEs C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Experience of working with or supporting young people aged 16‑19, including those with additional needs.
• A real passion for creating positive learning experiences.
