Early Years Practitioner - Hoddesdon

Academics are working with a welcoming and supportive school in Hoddesdon who are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and wants to help them learn, develop and thrive in a positive and nurturing environment.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children's development and creating a safe, engaging and enjoyable learning environment.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent care, support and supervision to children
  • Supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities
  • Helping to create a safe, positive and inclusive environment
  • Following safeguarding, Health & Safety and school policies
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Keeping accurate records of children's development
  • Working closely with teachers and the wider school team
  • Supporting the welfare and wellbeing of every childA Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable, but not essential.
