You'll be joining a manufacturer of hi-value electronics equipment, who are seen as one of the market leaders in their field. With decades of experience behind them, the team are looking to embed a new generation of senior engineers who can take products forward and continue the success the business has achieved in recent years.

You will lead a small team, working hands‑on with design, test and product specialists to drive forward NPI, providing key technical input on complex issues and responsible for motivating, supporting and improving team members.

• Experienced electronics engineer with the ability to lead small teams
• Exposure to EMC testing, digital circuitry and product design
• Good communicator who is organized and enjoys working hands‑on with product development
