Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm + On-Call-Rota
£50,000-£55,000

Due to growth within their engineering team, they are looking for a number of instrumentation & calibration engineers. As an Instrumentation & Calibration Engineer your core role & responsibilities are:
Responsible for supporting all PPM and reactive calibration, maintenance and fault finding on site instrumentation & control systems
Calibration temperature, humidity, pressure, flow & speed instrumentation
Use of Maximo CMMS systems
Dealing with HVAC, reactor systems, stability chambers, utilities & cold rooms
Maintain calibration equipment, make sure certification is current & traceable
Knowledge, skills & experience required to be an Instrumentation & Calibration Engineer in the team:
Experienced within instrumentation, calibration or controls
Previously have worked in manufacturing, utilities, chemicals, water or oil & gas
Worked on BMS systems, HVAC, reactor systems, stability chambers, cold rooms
Level 3 qualified or higher in engineering - ideally apprenticeship trained
Must be able to do instrumentation calibration - temperature, flow, speed & humidity
Ideally have worked to ATEX, GMP standards
Good computer skills - use of CMMS systems
Experienced with water systems, sensors, flowmeters, gas analysers - beneficial
Knowledge of control systems & PLC programming - desirable
