Design Manager (Steel Fabrication) £45,000 - £55,000  Training  Company Vehicle  Company Benefits Leicester Are you a Design Manager from a steel background, looking to join well-established specialist company where you will be given full autonomy to lead an array of interesting complex projects ranging from structural steel frames through to bespoke architectural metalwork? In the role you will produce and design drawings and models for the steel and metalwork industry, including Secondary support steel, staircases, and balustrades, ensuring they are of high-quality and within regulations.

You will be responsible for liaising with internal and external teams, and managing documents, with occasional site visits required across the UK, including to major sports stadiums. This role would suit a Design Manager from a steel background, with experience using Tekla, liaising with clients, and managing projects, looking to join a tight-knit, collaborative company as you are given autonomy to head up interesting projects for an array of interesting clientele.

The Role:

Using Tekla software Work on projects from structural frames to bespoke metalwork Liaise with internal and external teams, occasional site visits 41.5 hours a week, Monday - Thursday, 8:00 - 5:00, Friday till 4:00
