Pharmaron is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist in Hoddesdon to manage complex service desk issues and lead problem management initiatives. This role requires a degree in IT or Computer Science and experience in service desk or IT support roles.

The ideal candidate will mentor team members, improve internal documentation, and support various IT projects, including Office 365 migrations. Strong skills in Windows operating systems and ITIL knowledge are essential for this role.
