Temporary Sales Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of a local client based in Hoddesdon seeking an immediately available Sales Executive for an ongoing temporary role.

This position is 100% office-based, so candidates must live locally and be ready to hit the ground running. You will be responsible for attending pre-booked appointments, presenting tailored service solutions, and closing new B2B accounts across phone, video, and in-person meetings.

Interviews are taking place on Tuesday 8th September with the view to start later the same week.

• Attend qualified prospect meetings via phone, video, and in person.
• Present core service offerings, technical capabilities, and industry accreditations.
• Assess prospect requirements, including volume, locations, and current provider setups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare competitive rates, present proposals, and negotiate terms.
• Close new accounts and ensure a seamless operational handover.
• Proactively self-generate new business opportunities alongside qualified appointments.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and report weekly on meetings, proposals, and pipeline progress.

• Proven track record in B2B new business acquisition (Sales Executive, BDE, or Account Manager)
• Confident and credible when presenting to senior operations and functional decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with commercial awareness around rates and terms.
• Highly self-motivated and capable of managing a sales pipeline independently.
