· Handling calls and emails enquiries to company standards.
· Productive diary & time management
· Dealing with customer enquiries effectively
· Agreeing deals and ensuring monthly KPIs and banking's are consistently hit.
· Implementing strategies to increase market share.
· Ensure focus on own development, progression and increasing industry knowledge.
· Escalate queries outside of own authority level.
