This role requires energy, ambition and a natural ability to build relationships, win instructions and close deals. The successful candidate will be responsible for registering and qualifying applicants, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion, while delivering an excellent level of customer service.

Registering and qualifying applicants Conducting property viewings and providing professional property advice Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion Actively generating new business opportunities Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors Delivering first-class customer service at every stage of the sales process Following up applicants and maintaining regular contact with buyers and vendors Working proactively to achieve individual and team sales targets Supporting the wider sales team with general estate agency duties What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Previous experience in residential property sales Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Confident telephone manner and positive approach Professional presentation and self-motivation Knowledge of the Hoddesdon area is desirable Full UK Driving Licence and own car essential Proactive, results-driven and career-focused approach Ability to build strong relationships with clients and applicants Confident working in a target-driven sales environment Is this the role for you?
