Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal, state, and other applicable tax returns.
- Provide tailored tax advice, tax planning, and clear explanations based on client needs.
- Perform tax calculations and support clients with Turbo Tax product questions.
- Build strong client relationships through local community outreach and marketing.
- Identify opportunities to help clients make informed tax and financial decisions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong knowledge of tax preparation and related regulations.
- Excellent customer service and the ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in calculations and return preparation.
- Comfort using tax software and providing product support.
- Proactive, relationship-focused approach to community outreach.
