Package DescriptionJob Role: Children's Support Worker
Hours: 39 per week, completed as working shifts including long days (14 hours) followed by sleep‑ins.
Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence – essential.
Our Children’s Home in Holbeach is looking for a Residential Support Worker to join their team and be part of something special. With help from your manager and a team of passionate Support Workers, you will work alongside children and young people in residential settings who need a kind, caring and fun place to live, despite the challenges they may bring.
Our young people are between 8‑18 years old and display emotional, behavioural difficulties. This is why we are looking for motivated, determined and resilient staff who are flexible and able to adapt to challenging situations.
- Supporting children and young people with their emotional, physical, and social needs
- Accompanying them to appointments, school, and fun activities
- Delivering personal care and helping with daily routines
- Supporting with household tasks and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment
- Completing accurate, clear documentation and reports
- Always promoting their wellbeing and safeguarding them
