Allstate Auto Glass is growing! We are celebrating 40 years in business and seeking a motivated and results‑driven, experienced Outside B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will earn a salary plus uncapped commission for generating new business referrals and building strong relationships with clients in busy Southeast MA territory.
The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills and 2+ years of previous outside B2B sales experience with a record of success. Prior experience selling Auto Glass or other services to insurance agencies, auto service providers, commercial businesses and fleet companies is preferred but not required. Bilingual is a plus.
Must be able to pass driving and background checks and drug screen (excluding cannabis).
Responsibilities- Execute all outside sales duties in your assigned territory with the goal of securing the maximum amount of direct referral business possible.
- Consistently perform a productive 40+ hour work week.
- Maintain database of all prospects in territory. Evaluate and determine efficient call cycle for all accounts while developing and maintaining personal relationships to drive direct referrals.
- Prospect and close profitable Commercial and Fleet accounts in assigned territory as determined in collaboration with management.
- Utilize proven prospecting techniques to make efficient use of time in the field.
- Monitor all marketing expenses to promote company with prospects effectively.
- Determine prospect response by monitoring referrals daily. Work with management to implement strategies to increase market share.
- Maintain inventory of required print and promotional items.
- Conduct training with all accounts promoting proven methods to refer business.
- Work with Management and all staff to monitor customer satisfaction and retention. Facilitate problem resolution as required.
