Veterinary Client Service Representative
Holden Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full‑time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our growing team. The position offers a competitive base pay range of $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr
, with compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience.

This role is a key part of delivering a welcoming and educational environment for clients and pets, starting from the moment a client walks through our door.
Responsibilities- Communicating via phone, email, and in person with clients and actively listening to their concerns.
- Utilizing a computer information system to accurately enter client/patient information, update and maintain medical records.
- Processing client payments and invoices.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments with patients.
- Precisely dispensing pharmaceuticals as needed and calling in prescriptions to pharmacies.
- Performing other administrative duties as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; AAS or higher preferred.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Veterinary hospital experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, squat, reach, stand, and walk throughout the day.
Starting pay ranges from $18-20/hr, with additional benefits as noted above. Compensation will be negotiated based on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
