This role combines fleet management, safety oversight, and compliance to make sure the company operates smoothly, safely, and in line with all local, state, and federal regulations. The position includes managing fleet maintenance, safety protocols along with building and vehicle compliance.

• Oversee maintenance and repairs for vehicles, equipment, and tools.
• Maintain accurate equipment records and inventory.
• Ensure fleet compliance with regulations (state, federal, OSHA, DOT).
• Lead company-wide safety programs and audits.
• Ensure all employees are trained in safety procedures and proper use of equipment.
• Investigate accidents and safety issues, implementing solutions to prevent future incidents.

• Experience in fleet management, safety oversight, and compliance for a minimum of 3 years.
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance, safety regulations (OSHA, DOT), and compliance practices. Safety management certifications (e.g., OSHA) are a plus.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver’s license.
