Advantage Truck Group (ATG), the largest DTNA dealer group in New England, is immediately hiring diesel technicians with 2 or more years of experience for 1st and 2nd shifts.

Pay And More

• $10,000 starting bonus ($5,000 with first paycheck, $5,000 at 90 days)
• $22 - $46/hour (based on experience)
• Monthly performance bonuses
• Overtime at time and a half
• Annual Tool & Safety Shoe Allowance

Work Schedules

• First Shift: 8-hour shift (6:30 am – 3:00 pm)
• Second Shift (Flexible schedules + $5 shift differential):
  • Four 10-Hour Shifts (2:00 pm – 12:30 am)
  • Five 8-Hour Shifts (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm)

Requirements

• At least 2 years of diesel technician experience is required
• Current, valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 - 100 lbs. and work in physically demanding positions (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods).
• Technical/trade school certificate, dealership experience, CDL, and DOT health card are a plus
