As a Transportation Roadway Engineer, you'll work on exciting and engaging Highway projects and utilize your highway/roadway design expertise. You will interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices. You will solve complex problems; take a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions; identify applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems. You’ll work with the best Engineers and Project Managers in the business, as well as gain experience working directly with our clients.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer License (PE) in Utah.
- At least 8+ years of experience in transportation work with an emphasis on infrastructure projects.
- Strong Micro Station/Inroads and Open Roads background.
- Experience with plans preparation.
- Previous Utah Department of Transportation experience.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
