Due to continuing growth, Platform Accounting Group is seeking a generalist Systems Administrator to support multiple offices across the country with systems, hardware, software, and security. This role provides the opportunity to establish foundational technology solutions, manage vendors and capacity, and oversee infrastructure and cloud management. The successful candidate will deliver top‑tier service support across the organization.

• Microsoft 365 tenant administration, including tenant migration for new firm acquisitions.
• System administration – support Windows servers, desktops, and LAN/WAN configuration.
• Migration support – move legacy systems and data to cloud solutions.
• Vendor management – coordinate service providers, cloud environments, and software solutions.
• Asset and capacity management – maintain hardware inventory, procurement, licensing, and subscriptions.
• Process management – assist with systems process development and documentation.
• Security applications – maintain network security applications, including EDR and other products.
• Firewalls – deploy and manage office firewall configurations.
• Education – stay up‑to‑date on industry knowledge and develop technical skills through continuing education.
• Light end‑user support – assist the Service Desk team with high‑level computer and networking issues.
• Telephony – support cloud‑based VoIP and other phone deployments.
• Work overtime and after‑hours as needed to meet deadlines.
• Travel to various offices across the United States.
• Lift at least 50 lbs and work in tight spaces (e.g., wiring a computer under desks).

• 5+ years progressive IT experience;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required).
• Previous L2+ MSP experience preferred.
• Microsoft 365 experience, including Intune, Exchange, Entra , SharePoint, Teams, One Drive; extensive Intune experience preferred.
• RMM, automation, and Power Shell scripting experience.
• Windows OS support, including group policies, security, VM technologies, and BDR strategies.
• Strong knowledge of networking and security principles – LAN, WAN, VLAN, routing, switching, VoIP, wireless technologies.
• Experience deploying/managing firewalls, content filters, switches, and wireless access points.
• End‑user support experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work with a team and adapt to a dynamically changing work environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, multitasking, project timeline adherence, and attention to detail.
• Collaboration with the Security Team to complete compliance and security projects.
