Reporting to the Administrative Executive team, the Executive Assistant position will perform a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and clerical support duties. Responsibilities include composing and editing documents and communications, developing presentations, planning meetings, supporting administrative organization, assisting with projects, and other tasks as required.

Requirements: High School Diploma required;
Bachelor's degree preferred; previous experience supporting executives required; proficiency with MS 365 and calendar management required.
Key Responsibilities Personal Organization Support: Use discretion and judgment to facilitate executive activities while maintaining confidentiality. Manage complex calendars, assist in prioritizing daily activities, arrange meetings, appointments, and travel, maintain filing systems, handle mail, and manage phone activity.Communications: Prepare correspondence, reports, memoranda, and technical papers for executives. Proofread and manage document distribution, following up as needed.Project Support: Utilize technical applications for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Complete projects independently and act as liaison for outside services on special projects.Committee and Meeting Support: Organize and support meetings, prepare agendas, secure rooms and refreshments, record minutes, and gather information for conferences and reports.Enhancing Executive Efficiency: Anticipate scheduling conflicts, balance meeting and non-meeting time, filter requests, and maintain ongoing communication with executives to address needs and monitor issues.Policies and Procedures: Observe departmental policies, safety, and environmental standards.Holland Hospital is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
