This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Executive Assistant at Holland Aquatic Center. The Executive Assistant will provide high‑level administrative support to the Executive Director and Senior Leadership Team. Responsibilities include handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks, assisting with executive support, managing schedules, board and leadership team meeting preparation, ordering supplies to support events and activities, and donation/donor tracking and recognition communications.

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
• Experience providing Executive Support
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Familiarity with technology and common office software and tools (Microsoft 365)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience supporting a leadership team running on EOS preferred
