Their healthcare work ranges from hospital renovations to medical facilities and new builds, with a strong backlog of projects lined up. • Run day-to-day field operations on healthcare projects from mobilization to turnover
• Plan work inside active hospitals with infection control and phasing in mind
• Build and manage the field schedule with every subcontractor on site
• Partner with the Project Manager on progress, open issues and owner updates
• Lead jobsite safety and hold every trade to high quality standards
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists and final closeout

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Healthcare construction experience required, ideally including renovations in occupied hospitals
• Solid knowledge of infection control measures and air pressure requirements in active facilities
• CHC certification is a plus
• Open to projects in both Lansing and Grand Rapids

• $130,000 - $165,000 depending on experience
• Top performers can earn above range
