• Process Optimization:
  Analyze and refine manufacturing processes for enhanced efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Lead efforts using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma to perpetually elevate our processes.
• Process Monitoring & Control:
  Implement systems to monitor KPIs, identifying and correcting deviations for sustainment.
• Project Management:
  Lead and manage cross‑functional project teams to ensure timely execution of process improvement projects, from planning through to implementation, while adhering to budget, scope, and timeline constraints.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Maintain precise process documentation and provide regular performance reports.

  Ensure seamless cooperation across engineering, production, QA, and supply chain teams for process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in process engineering within a manufacturing setting (with degree.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive manufacturing process
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
• Skilled in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and related optimization methodologies.
• Allen Bradley PLC experience preferred.
• Experience with vision systems.
• Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
