Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by developing robust manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies for continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability of new products.

• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization.
• Strong CAD/CAM software skills (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD, CATIA) for design and tooling.
• Hands-on experience with various manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, assembly, automation, additive manufacturing).
• Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
• Experience in managing manufacturing projects from conception to completion, including scope, budget, and timeline.

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with automation and robotics integration
• Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
