Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
• Perform root cause analysis for tooling failures and implement effective corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure tooling meets product specifications and manufacturing requirements.
• Manage the lifecycle of tooling, including procurement, maintenance, repair, and replacement.
• Develop and maintain tooling specifications, standards, and documentation.
• Evaluate and implement new tooling technologies and materials to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD, CATIA) for tool design and analysis.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as stamping, injection molding, die casting, or machining.
• Proven experience in the design, development, and troubleshooting of production tooling.
• Knowledge of various tool materials, heat treatment, and surface finishing techniques.
• Ability to apply GD&T principles and perform dimensional analysis.

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with advanced CAD/CAM simulation and analysis software.
• Knowledge of automation or robotics integration with tooling.
• Project management experience related to tooling development or implementation.
• Familiarity with various material science aspects related to tool steels, carbides, or advanced composites.
