Advance Quality Manager

** What you will do
** The Quality team collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to deliver safe and reliable EV components. Reporting to the Director of Quality, the group ensures compliance with industry standards, mitigates risks, and maintains customer satisfaction. This role is critical to shaping how advanced quality planning supports the future of electric vehicles.
** How you will do it
** The Quality team partners with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to deliver safe, reliable EV components. Reporting into the Director of Quality, the group ensures compliance with industry standards, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction. This role is critical to shaping how advanced quality planning supports the future of electric vehicles.
** What we look for
*** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Chemical, or related Engineering field.
* 3+ years of automotive quality experience.
* Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 26262, APQP, and AIAG/VDA Core Tools.
* Ability to travel up to 35% and work in office/plant/lab environments.

Preferred
* CQE certification.
* ASPICE implementation experience.
* Proficiency with Minitab, PPAP, DVP&R, and simulation tools.
* Background in EV systems, electrochemistry, and battery testing.#LI-SG1
