Senior Project Manager – Land Development
A multi-award-winning, established engineering firm is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead their growing team. If you're a seasoned P.E with a passion for shaping communities, we want to connect with you.
What You'll Do:- Direct responsibility for land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projects
- Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers
- Work with a nationally ranked and established engineering firm – ENR's TOP 500 design firm
- Holder of multiple award-winning projects
- Hybrid work environment
- Local presence with national impact, actively engaged with communities and local partners
- Competitive salary north of $150k as a base
- BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E. in MI
- 6+ years of experience in civil engineering in land development (residential, commercial and industrial)
- 1–2 years in Project Management or a leadership role is preferred
- Experience with municipal and county project coordination is preferred
