Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation and control system issues on the production floor.
- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and safety through automation solutions.
- Manage and execute automation projects from concept, design, testing, to commissioning.
- Develop and maintain electrical schematics, control documentation, and programming standards.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production teams on control systems.
- Ensure all control systems comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ether Net/IP, PROFINET) and architectures.
- Ability to design, read, and troubleshoot electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and P&IDs.
- Proven experience diagnosing and resolving complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in automated manufacturing systems.
- Familiarity with robotics, advanced motion control systems, and/or machine vision integration.
- Knowledge of process instrumentation, control loops, and data acquisition systems.
- Experience with advanced data acquisition, analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Historians, SQL, Power BI).
- Proficiency in industrial network design, configuration, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience programming and integrating industrial robots (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB).
- Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and ERP integration.
